ABOUT ME

Hi! I'm Emily Terrell. I am a follower of Jesus Christ, a wife to Justin, and a mother to two girls. I worship at First Baptist Church in Dandridge, TN, where my husband serves as Senior Pastor. I work from home, and I am currently working on my Master of Divinity from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

I love to read and to think critically about what I read. This blog was started as a place for me to share my thoughts on my reading journey and recommend great books to other people. Through it I have found a community of people as hungry as I am to know and follow the God of the Bible.

My other interests include traveling, running, and backpacking.
